delete your account

euno is your journal, and your account is yours. you can delete it, along with all of your content, whenever you want, in two ways: from the app itself, or by writing to us. either way, we erase your personal data and everything you wrote.

1. delete from the app

the fastest way is from euno, on your phone:

• open the euno app and sign in to your account.
• tap the You tab (bottom right).
• tap the settings icon (the gear, top right).
• scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• type the word “delete” to confirm.
• if your phone has Face ID or a fingerprint reader, confirm your identity.
• tap delete my account.

deleting from the app is immediate and irreversible: it cannot be undone.

2. delete by email

if you can’t get into the app, write to us from the email address you signed up with, to support@euno-app.com, with the subject delete my account. we confirm the deletion by email and erase your data within 48 business hours.

3. what data is deleted

when you delete your account, we permanently erase:

• all of your entries and their analyses;
• your reflections and your portrait;
• your goals, your streaks, and your progress;
• your profile and your preferences;
• the notification tokens for your devices;
• any audio and images you saved.

this data is deleted no later than within 48 hours. audio you did not choose to keep had already been erased after transcription.

4. what data we keep

we only keep the minimum the law requires us to retain —for example, accounting or tax records tied to an invoice— and only for the period the regulation requires. these records do not include the content of your entries.

your subscription data (purchases and renewals) is kept by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) under their own policies; that happens outside euno.

5. active subscriptions

deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription you took out through the App Store or Google Play. to stop being charged, cancel it separately from your store’s settings before deleting the account. euno cannot cancel it for you.
